Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek was born in the US. She is best known for her roles as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek, an American actress is best known for her character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. She is also popular for her television roles as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was born in Massachusetts and went to Northwestern University. Her first acting role was on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle, a show at the University. The award was presented to her as the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her exceptional performance in this New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek in their list of 10 theater actors to be observed. Dudek got roles on TV as well as on the big screen. The talented actress who is a mother of two on screen was a bride from 2008 to 2016 to Matthew Heller. Dudek was conceived at Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. In her early days she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in various theater productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). Later, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in the recognition of her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy in which she appeared. She's been an actor on diverse range of shows such as Desperate Women How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs and Six Feet Under. In the pilot for Psych she appeared as Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent a female teacher in a homosexual relationship with a male student. Dudek was offered her first regular character in House in the role of Amber Volakis. The character was one of the forty doctors Dr. Gregory House considered for regular roles in his team. Amber Volakis' character kept appearing throughout the series, until it ended up being killed off in the finale in House's Heart. In the following episode, she appeared in the season 5 episode Saviors of Season 5, as House's hallucination. The character continued to be seen in this role for the remainder in the entire season. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men playing the antagonistic neighbors of Alby grant Francine Hanon. Dudek joined Covert Affairs in 2010, playing Danielle Brooks. She is the sister to central character. She was Tiffany Wilson, the cruise-line owner of the cruise line in White Chicks (2004 comedy) as well as Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
